Brief Biography
WALIDA OUNRUEAN …I submitted my research paper to participate in a competition, and it was published at a conference in China on August 21-22, 2025. After that, the committee selected a researcher to be the keynote speaker. I was selected to be a keynote speaker by researchers from more than 15 countries. The committee asked me to submit a topic for the keynote speaker competition. And I chose a topic “Learning for Creative Thinking”. After that I have been given the nickname in the designation of “International Education Ambassador” Frenship across the horizon. I have been invited to give lectures in several countries visually. “I believe in myself that I have a heart for children and youth around the world. I have a passion for children and youth around the world and inspire teachers around the world to teach many children. There are still many children and youth around the world who lack educational opportunities. I can feel the cold that those children had to endure and the hunger in knowledge they had to endure to survive amidst starvation. I have had the chance to teach underprivileged children, and they deserve opportunities from those who are already fortunate, like myself. I believe that education is extremely important for people’s lives today and in the future. Therefore, it is my hope to expand the reach of education across the world, and if given the opportunity, I would like to personally teach the children by myself. And I still long to share knowledge with all young people, including teachers and scholars worldwide, who should be inspired by me.”

Brief Biography
Dr. Ma Victoria Castillo-Magayon is a passionate public senior high school teacher in the Philippines; a Doctor of Education major in Curriculum and Instruction (University of Santo Tomas-2017); an international keynote speaker; a peer reviewer of various international journal; published researches with h-index of 4 in Google Scholar; a book author in Organization and Management for senior high school; and an instructional designer.
Her research topic includes STEM research, teaching and learning, curriculum and instruction; and scientific research on life science and natural fiber.
Lastly, she is an experience STEM research teacher of which through her advisership her students were able to present and published researches both in national and international level.
