Topic: Music Teaching, Education & Learning: building bridges between the worlds of participatory music-making, school and teacher training. 

Teacher and principal researcher at Polytechnic of Leiria / Center for Studies in Education and Innovation, Portugal. Consultant and advisor in academic, scientific, pedagogical and editorial management bodies and structures. She was Dean of the School of Education and Social Sciences (2017-2021). Her main areas of activity are located at the intersection of education, culture and society, with a focus on studies and I&D projects related to collaborative dynamics in promoting school success, teacher training, innovative pedagogies, university of the future, music education and culture participation. She is currently involved in the Erasmus projects Orienta4YEL and Regional University Network- European University.
