Dr. Ata Baran Completed Her Doctoral Dissertation Titled “Investigation of Eighth Grade Students’ Mathematical Communication Competency, Mathematical Literacy and Affective Characteristics in A Mathematical Modeling-Based Teaching Experiment” In February 2019. She Specializes in Mathematical Literacy, Focusing Specifically on The Mathematical Communication Competency and The Language of Mathematics, And Mathematical Modeling. Dr. Ata Baran Published Papers, Book Chapters and Proceedings on Mathematical Literacy and Mathematical Communication Competency.
